Frankfort Police Blotter: Cops Report Wanted Man Captured, Shoplifters Arrested & More

March 19

  • Frank Tieri, 23, of 149 Daniel Court in Manteno was cited for speeding and arrested on a Will County warrant about 2:50 p.m. near the corner of Center and Laraway roads. He was transported to the Will County jail.

March 20

  • Michael Kadar, 23, of 240 E. Circle Drive was charged with retail theft shortly after 4 p.m. in the 11000 block of Lincoln Highway.

  • Susan Hadden, 57, of 2813 Western Ave. in Park Forest was charged with retail theft about 3:15 p.m. in the 20600 block of LaGrange Road.

March 22

  • A burglary was reported in the 9900 block of Folkers Drive about 9:30 a.m. Police said "miscellaneous items (were) taken."

  • Thomas McDougal, 51, of 7937 W. Lincoln Highway was arrested on a Will County warrant about 1:10 p.m. in the 20600 block of Lincoln-Way Lane.
  • Javonte Johnson, 21, of 22232 Willow Tree Ave. in Sauk Village was pulled over about 11 p.m. near the corner of 84th Avenue and Lincoln Highway and cited for driving while license suspended, driving without insurance, improper lane usage, and not having a rear license plate light. The police also reportedly  sought approval to charge Johnson with felony obstructing justice. He was transported to Will County Jail.
