Elwood Man Busted with Syringe: Will County Blotter

Martin Oliveros, 30, of the 200 block of Cameron Avenue, Lockport, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving with no plate light, according to a Will County police report. He was stopped on Oct. 24 near the intersection of West Lincoln Highway and South Wolf Road in Mokena.

Joseph L. Ayers, 31, of the 100 block of East Gardner, Elwood, was charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe, according to a report. He also was held on two active warrants for failing to appear in court from Will and DuPage counties. Ayers was arrested on Oct. 23 in the 20000 block of South Hillgate Road, Mokena.

Alfred J. Estrada, Jr., 50, of the 10800 block of West Lincoln Highway, Frankfort, was cited for improper lane use and driving with a suspended license, according to a report. He was stopped on Oct. 22 near the intersection of West Florence Road and South Parker Road in Mokena.
