WEDNESDAY, FEB. 20
Theft on Lincoln Highway
David C. Ellis, 34, of the 0 block of Isa Avenue in Chicago Heights, was charged with theft or possession of stolen property at 8:45 a.m. at the intersection of Lincoln Highway and Woodbridge Drive. His court date is March 11.
Kansas Woman Charged With Theft
Lori Lea Bedford, 52, of the 7900 block of El Monte Street in Prairie Village, Kansas, was charged with misdemeanor theft at 7:35 p.m. on the 11100 block of Lincoln Highway. She was released on bond. Her court date is March 18.

FRIDAY, FEB. 22
DUI, Pot and Paraphernalia
Brett R. Balding, 21, of the 19600 block of Glennell Avenue in Mokena, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a blood alcohol concentration greater than .08 and inoperable windshield wipers at 2 a.m. at the intersection of Harlem Avenue and Lincoln Highway. He was released on bond. His court date was March 5.
