Car Crash Sends Three to Hospital

Firefighters dispatched four ambulances to the scene of the accident Friday afternoon.

Three people were sent to local hospitals Friday afternoon, following a two-car crash at the intersection of Harlem Avenue and Hickory Creek Drive, fire officials said.

The Frankfort Fire Protection District responded to a two-car accident at 4:30 p.m., according to Battalion Chief Nick Peters.

Four ambulances, two fire engines and two fire chiefs arrived on the scene to oversee the transportation.

There were no fatalities.

I've moved in the neighborhood last summer and have seen at least 5 accidents right there this being 6 and heard of many before I moved here the patch should look into how many accidents does it take at one place before something is done to fix it.

I have lived on hickory creek dr a block away from accident site for over 30 years and have not witnessed the same We do not need another stop light people just need to pay attention and slow down Keep in mind there has been construction improvements on Harlem for the last year which has added congestion at out intersection
