Call From Mom Leads to Drug Arrests for Frankfort Brother and Sister

Connor and Isabelle Triezenberg face felony drug charges after Frankfort Police find heroin and a prescription narcotic while serving a warrant.

A Frankfort brother and sister were arrested last week with heroin and a narcotic used for opioid dependence after their mom called police, worried that her son had missed a court date, a report stated.

Connor D. Triezenberg, 18, and Isabelle Triezenberg, 19, were arrested Dec. 7 on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and narcotic instruments. Connor also was served with a Kendall County warrant. Both are being held in Will County Jail on $1,000 bail each. Their next court dates are Dec. 28.

Police received a call from the Triezenbergs' mother at around 6 p.m., Dec. 7, telling officers she thought her son, Connor, had missed a court date, said Cmdr. Kevin Keegan. After officers confirmed there was a warrant for Connor in Kendall County, they went to his house in the 500 block of Hackberry Road, Keegan added.

Connor's mom sent officers upstairs to Connor's room, where they found him with his sister, Isabelle, and a friend, Keegan said. As they took him into custody over the warrant, officers noticed syringes, an orange straw and some paper that had Suboxone—a prescription narcotic used to treat opioid addiction—on it, Keegan said.

Officers did a field test on residue found on the straw and found it to be heroin, Keegan said. Police are still waiting for the final results from the crime lab for official confirmation, he added. Connor and Isabelle were then taken to Will County Jail. The friend was not charged because officers found he had nothing to do with the drugs found in the room, Keegan said.
