Frankfort Driver Hit With DUI Charge

Herald Dean Gerdez, 59, of the 23000 block of South Pine Valley Drive, Frankfort, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use, improper lighting and driving without insurance, according to a report. Police stopped Gerdez at about 9:55 p.m. near the intersection of 108th Avenue and Lincoln Highway. He is due on June 5 in Will County court.

DUI Charges For Driver

Kevin Kerrigan, 27, of the 23200 block of South 104th Avenue, Frankfort, was charged with driving under the influence, DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08, driving without insurance, speeding and improper lane use, according to a report. Kerrigan was stopped at about 9:50 p.m. near the intersection of Folkers Drive and Old Frankfort Way. He is due on June 5 in Will County court.
