Lawanda Frazier-Banks, 55, of the 800 block of Fitzhenry Court in Glenwood, was issued a notice to appear in court for battery at 6:20 p.m. on the 8200 block of Parkview Lane. Her court date is Feb. 14.

2 Issued Court Dates for Pot, Paraphernalia Possession

Austin A. Wesselhoff, 18, of the 22300 block of Woodland Lane, and Derek F. Modjeski, 18, of the 21700 block of Shilling Court, were issued notices to appear in court for pot possession and drug paraphernalia possession at 10:40 p.m. at the intersection of Pfeiffer Road and Sauk Trail. Their court date is Feb. 14.
