Mattina's Cafe owners = scam artists

Why does the Village and mayor, etc. continue to let Mattina's Cafe stay in town? It is very well known and publicized that they are foreigners who are scam artist, deadbeats!  They started in Manhattan, stopped paying rent, got sued for back rent and breaking and entering, filed bankruptcy, then opened up a place in New Lenox. They were there for several months before doing the EXACT SAME THING (stopped paying rent, breaking and entering). Then they move down the street a few blocks!!! Does anyone do due diligence? Just google Mattina's Cafe bankruptcy and you'll find a lot of interesting information. These damn foreigners come here and take advantage of our system all the time!! I have emailed a few of the Patch editors about this and so far nobody has written about it (yet they will write about something meaningless like a car that was keyed or scratched in Berkot's parking lot!!???)
