Anyone notice that the prices are changing in the middle of the day every day?  Yesterday in the morning I filled up at the BP station about 12:30 and the price was 3.87.  In the afternoon I passed by the BP station around 2pm and it was another price (yesterday 3.71).   This has happened several times in the last week that I noticed.  Anyone else notice this?
