CORRUPT POLITICIANS/POLICE OFFICIALS SERVING TIME & PENSIONS

*Will Lt. Berge-(?-Sp.) (Burge-?-Sp.) STILL RECEIVE HIS PENSION when he is sentenced to prison, and serving time, for torturing and forcing innocent men to confess to crimes they did NOT commit? *He has cost the city $---,---,---.00-? that has been paid as compensation to these innocent men who are NOW released or in process of being released. *"Ordinary citizens" imprisoned for crimes committed would NOT receive pensions. *Why should politicians/police officials/government at any level  etc. receive any pension before or after "time served"? *If so, something sure is "askrew" with the system!!! *What about Drew Peterson? *Will he still receive a pension even though found guilty of murdering his last wife - and possibly a previous wife?
