Frankfort's Official Halloween 2013 Trick-or-Treat Hours

The Village of Frankfort's officially approved Halloween trick-or-treating hours are from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

If residents, or others, choose to dress as witches or in some other costume, they will be permitted, but still cannot ring doorbells to ask for treats or to threaten homeowners with tricks.

In setting these trick-or-treating hours Frankfort, once again, has shown up New Lenox. Frankfort's neighbor to the west, for some reason, won't let its children start trick-or-treating until 4:30 p.m., depriving them of a full half hour of Halloween fun.
