The Carpenter’s Son.
The ballet, choreographed by Artistic Director Julianna Slager, tells the timeless story of Christmas from the perspective of Mary, the mother of Jesus, and the Tempter, who rejoiced in Man’s fall. Performed by many Frankfort residents in the School of the Arts students and members of the Ballet Five Eight company, The Carpenter’s Son takes the audience through the Christmas story’s many chapters with the help of dramatic classical and contemporary music, brand-new costumes, and a 100-dancer cast.
