Blue Christmas at Frankfort UMC
For some, Christmas Day is the most difficult; for others, Christmas Eve, or New Years Eve, or the beginning of another lonely New Year....
BLUE CHRISTMAS:
As we enter the Christmas Season; we offer you a time to be still. A time for reflection. A time to accept the challenges you face; the concerns you feel, and offer them to God. We invite you to reflect on the pain, the loneliness, the sadness you may feel; and offer it all to the One whose birth the world eagerly awaits, Jesus Christ. We pray that you will find hope and comfort in knowing that you are not alone.
The Blue Christmas Service will begin at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, at Frankfort United Methodist Church, 215 Linden Drive (at the corner of Linden Dr & Sauk Trail) in Frankfort. If you need more information, please contact the church office at 815-469-5249.
