The Chicago Fire Jrs. South Staff will conduct an instructional soccer program focusing on the basic skills for the beginning and novice youth players, ages 4 through 6th grade. This eight week program will consist of a training session (week days) and games on Saturdays. The Micro Soccer program revolves around small sided games for maximum touches on the ball and maximum participation for the player. As always, volunteer parent coaches will be needed to ensure the successful operation of this program. On the final day, a Micro Soccer Jamboree with league participation awards will be presented to all participants.
A blue and white Frankfort Park District reversible jersey is needed and can be purchased at the time of registration for $18. All players are required to wear Shin Guards and shorts at all training sessions.
