BELLY BABES
Tuesdays, 6:00 - 6:45 pm, at Founders Community Center learn basic belly dancing moves. We will NOT get all Shakira with it in the beginning, but we’ll definitely be dancing to her music and some fun Bollywood tunes. Search for those ever-elusive abdominals, NO mirrors, no judgment and no peek-a-boo belly buttons in this class? Feel the music, try a few moves in a “jingle scarf and have a great time. Age: 14 & older

BOOT CAMP
Are you looking for a fun, exciting way to lose weight and tone up? Look no further this class is for you on Tuesday & Thursday, October 30 - December 18, 6:30 – 7:15 pm, at Lincoln-Way East High School! Take your fitness to a new level in a healthy and enjoyable atmosphere. This class will incorporate cardio, strength training, abs, core, resistance training, plyometrics, agility training and so much more. The benefits of Boot Camp are weight loss, increased muscle tone, improved core strength, loss of body fat, stamina and strength.
Age: 18 & older Fee: $95/NR $100 (No Class November 22 & 27, December 6)
SOCIAL DANCE
Tuesday, Session II: November 6 - December 11, 7:00 - 8:00 pm at Founders Community Center grab your partner and put on your dancing shoes! Have fun learning a wonderful array of ballroom dances including the Fox Trot, 2-Step, Waltz, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Polka, and Swing. This class is a great way to get ready for all those upcoming events, such as weddings, reunions and parties. You will need to register with a partner. Instructor: Tony Ziegler

DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY II
Wednesday, November 7 - 28, 7:00 - 8:30 pm at Founders Community Center explore in depth photo editing techniques discussed in Digital I. The following topics will be covered: color correction, brightness and contrast, replacing one part of the image with another, blurring an area of the photo which is in focus already, correcting for improper white balance, sharpening a blurred photo, creating a card in word using a photo. Participants need to bring their digital camera and a laptop computer to class.
