Bridal Boot Camp
It’s your BIG day, the one you’ve dreamed of since childhood. Are you seeking a fun, exciting and alternative to dieting? Bridal Boot Camp is designed to your goals, whether to lose weight or simply tone up your body! Bridal Boot Camp incorporates cardio, strength training, abs/core training, resistance training, plyometric and so much more! Designed for all fitness levels, both women and men of your wedding party will enjoy the challenges and benefits of Boot Camp. Each participant will receive a nutrition plan, DIY workout, water bottle and t-shirt. Beach Body Fitness Challenge
Are you ready for that teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikini? If not, consider a little coaching from well qualified certified personal trainer, Tasha Odunuyi. The 8-week challenge will give you all the tools needed to reach your fitness goal! Registration includes all the benefits of personal training; a fun 45 minute weekly group workout, DIY workouts for home and nutrition advice. We’ll help you stay on track with weekly weigh in and calorie tracking tools. Prizes will be awarded to those who lose the highest number of pounds, body fat and inches. Are you up for the challenge? Equipment required: Set of hand weights, resistance band, jump rope, exercise mat and water bottle.

Tank Top Arms
Want to look buff in your tank top this summer? If so, don't miss this power packed strength training class led by qualified, certified personal trainer Tasha Odunuyi. This 6-week session will put your body through a workout enhancing biceps, triceps, shoulders and abs. After this workout you will burn fat while you sleep. Learn to challenge yourself, become stronger and reach your fitness goals that much sooner. This class incorporates 40 minutes of strength training followed by a 15 minute ab session. Get tank top ready! Please bring a set of hand weights and a mat.

Lower Body Blast
Get ready to sculpt a dream lower body! This class is designed with routines that will target all the trouble areas; legs, buttocks, inner/outer thighs, lower back and abs. This class will have your lower body so tight that jaws will drop when you enter the room. Please bring a set of hand weights and a mat.
