This class strengthens and sculpts upper body, lower body and core muscles through the use of weights, stability balls, and other resistance equipment – all provided for you. With focus on proper alignment and form, you will safely and effectively tone muscles, increase bone density, boost metabolism rate, and more. Bring your own mat and water.

PILATES

The Pilates matwork program lengthens and strengthens the body ultimately resulting in a sleek streamlined shape.  Pilates shrinks the waist, strengthens the core muscles and increases flexibility.  Participants experience dramatically improved posture, much less back pain, and feel strong and revitalized.  Bring your own Pilates/Yoga mat.  Form fitting workout clothes and bare feet work best in Pilates.
