Lincoln-Way to host informational meetings for parents of incoming freshmen and transfer students

Parents will be introduced to key administrators and learn about district expectations, graduation requirements and school test scores.

Knowing how intimidating the transition to a new school can be, Lincoln-Way High School District 210 will host a series of informational meetings for parents of incoming freshmen as well as students transferring into the district from neighboring state or communities.

“We want parents to be able to put a face with a name,” stated Dr. Lawrence A. Wyllie, superintendent, who plans to introduce key administrators at each school, including the principal, associate principals, pupil personnel director and student activities coordinator.
