   Based on the “coat of many colors” story of Joseph from the Bible’s Book of Genesis, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat offers a family-friendly storyline, universal themes and catchy music.

   “It has been a complete pleasure to work with the students on this show,” said Lincoln-Way North choral director Christina Shoemaker. “For many of them, this is a childhood favorite musical and so it has been a dream for them to be a part of the cast. They have brought a wonderful enthusiasm to the production that is truly contagious. Cast, crew, and audiences alike will be sure to enjoy this show!”

 

   Musical numbers include “Any Dream Will Do,” “Jacob and Sons/Joseph’s Coat,” “Close Every Door,” and “Go, Go, Go Joseph.”

 

   Cast in the production are: Alec Arvia, Josh Arvia, David Arnold, Ryan Arnold, Abby Baguisa, Brandy Benak, Kayli Benak, Meaghan Berry, David Blakeman, Morgan Boman, Dominic Camerino, Alec Chase, Emily Chudzik, Molly Ciszek, Victoria Clifford, Maddie Conover, Justin Corp, Chris Cranston, Anna Delegatto, Val DeMuri, Jaime DeRuiter, Airene Dizon, PJ Doody, Shannon Egan, TJ Gaertig, Emilee Gerk, Christian Gorski and Arturo Gutierrez.

   Stage crew members are Rachel Geekie, Matt Prusak, Michelle Housh, Logan Johnston, Gracie Pugh, Aly Martin, Alex Arnott, John Kinast, Mike Wells, Devin Werner, Andrew Scheel, Kaitlyn Kintz, Jeremy Kalisz, Nathan Grah and Katie Weaver.

 

   Area residents will have three opportunities to see Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat – 7 p.m. April 18, 19 and 20 at Lincoln-Way North High School, 19900 S. Harlem Ave., Frankfort.

 

   Tickets are $10 each and may be purchased at the door or by downloading a ticket order form from www.lwnmusic.org<http://www.lwnmusic.org>. All tickets are for reserved seating.  For more information, call 815-534-3065.

 

   A free senior citizen performance with general admission is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. April 16. Doors open at 4 p.m. No ticket is required. Please enter through door #46.

 

   The performance is approximately two hours long with an intermission.
