Winners will be announced in January in two categories: one for community participants and one for student participants.

Last year’s winners were amateur photographer Michael McNeil, who submitted a landscape photo he took at Island Prairie, and Lincoln-Way North student Dana Mayfield, who submitted a close-up photo of a berry hanging from a crabapple tree in her backyard.
