Area residents have until Oct. 31 to submit entries for Lincoln-Way North High School’s Wild About Photography contest.
Entries should capture the beauty and wonder of nature in the Lincoln-Way North/Frankfort Square Park District area.
Please submit your digital entry to email@example.com. Only one submission will be accepted per person.
Winners will be announced in January in two categories: one for community participants and one for student participants.
Last year’s winners were amateur photographer Michael McNeil, who submitted a landscape photo he took at Island Prairie, and Lincoln-Way North student Dana Mayfield, who submitted a close-up photo of a berry hanging from a crabapple tree in her backyard.
Their photographs now hang in the main hallway at Lincoln-Way North.
