Be better prepared for college and the workplace

Informational programs scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13 at Lincoln-Way East and 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20 at Lincoln-Way North.

Find out how the reading departments at Lincoln-Way East and Lincoln-Way North high schools can better prepare students for college and the workplace.

Both schools are hosting a Reading Night this month, giving sophomores and juniors – as well as their parents – an opportunity to learn what to expect from reading and how they can prepare for upper level reading in class, on the ACT and in the workplace.

East’s Reading Night is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13 in the auditorium.  North’s Reading Night is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20 in the auditorium.

For more information, contact Erin Venezio, chair of the reading departments, at evenezio@lw210.org.
