Frankfort and other area businesses will be open 6 p.m. to midnight for holiday shoppers. Find out what kind of discounts some of them will be offering.

Midnight Madness, Frankfort's annual holiday shopping event, is set to run from 6 p.m. to midnight Friday, Dec. 16, and area businesses are already planning their specials and deals for the day. Here's a preliminary list from the that will be updated up until the event. Shops that don't have discounts or sales listed are still determining them.

  • A Frugal Traveler: Call 815-212-4291 for specials. 
  •  Progressive sale starting at 6 p.m. and continuing until midnight. Drinks and snacks for holiday shoppers. 
  • Alfie's Poochie Playlot (Mokena): Doggie Daycare for $10 will be provided from 6 p.m. to midnight. Customer must reserve ahead of time and show proof of vaccines. 
  •  Dollhouse Sales, Have A Merry Christmas Season! 
  •  Sales and amazing deals from 8 p.m. to midnight. 
  •  $50 for ultrasounds and 30 percent off all merchandise.
  • Bolhuis Kitchen Company

  • Budget Blinds (Tinley Park): 40 percent off all appointments set on Friday Dec. 16. 
  •  $3 for childcare during Midnight Madness. From 6 to 9 p.m. for children 2 years old and older. Drop offs and pick-ups will be at the chapel. 
  •  Progressive holiday sale with up to 50 percent off holiday merchandise. 
  •  Stop in between Monday, Dec. 12, and Sunday, Dec. 18, and receive a $10 or $20 cash card when you sign up with a new membership.
  •  Customers will be able to find items from Santa's Attic Bargain Table. Receive a free luminary with a $25 purchase. 
  • Dino-Jump (Palos Park): $20 off jump rentals and 1 hour free. Expires Dec. 31. 
  •  The spa will have a booth at the Frankfort Bowling. There will be specials on gift certificates, fun stocking stuffers and the salon's organic body care line, Green Envee. 
  •  Sales throughout the evening. 
  •  Pay only $40 for a $50 gift card.

  •  10 percent off on furniture. Every hour the discounts increase on select items up to 50 percent for other merchandise. 
  •  20 percent off any bottle of wine from 5 to 10 p.m.
