Massage Envy Spa Comes to Frankfort

The new business, which opened early in the month, hosted a ribbon cutting on Wednesday.

Massage Envy Spa recently opened a new location in Prairie Crossings Mall, near the Frankfort-New Lenox border.

The spa, which opened Nov. 5, hopes to promote wellness in the community.

“We’re just thankful to be a part of the New Lenox area,” said location manager Tammi Wilson.

The Frankfort Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Massage Envy Wednesday morning.

“We’re very happy to have them here,” said Chamber President Keith Ogle. “I think it just shows that Frankfort is a very desirable place to have business.”

Massage Envy is a national franchise with more than 800 locations across the country.

“It’s another service, a unique service, that I think the people of Frankfort will really appreciate,” said Ogle.

The business offers massages with add-ons such as aroma therapy, deep muscle therapy and hot stone treatments. Facials catering to a variety of skin types, such as aging or sensitive skin, are also available.

A one-hour massage costs $78. However, Massage Envy also provides a membership for $59 per month. The membership includes discounted and complementary treatments, price reductions for family members and discounts on products. Members can also earn free massages by referring clients to the business.

Massage Envy Spa is located at 11061 W. Lincoln Highway.
