L-Way Area Gas Prices Average $3.65
New Lenox motorists pay 2-to-3 cents more for gas than Mokena and Frankfort.
The price for a gallon of regular gas averages stands at round $3.65 in the Lincoln-Way communities.
Prices in New Lenox are the highest by 2-to-3 cents. All gas stations in town had the price per gallon set at $3.67, according to GasBuddy.com at 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
The average price for a gallon of gas in Mokena at 7:30 a.m. today, according to GasBuddy, is $3.65 at all stations.

In Frankfort, the price per gallon of regular gas ranges from $3.64 to $3.66. Speedway stations charging $3.64 are located at Lincoln Highway and Wolf Road, LaGrange and Laraway Roads, and at Center and Laraway Roads. The Speedway station at Harlem Avenue and Benton Drive is posted at $3.65.
You'll pay $3.66 per gallon at Speedway, Lincoln Highway and Harlem Avenue. It's the same price at BP, Lincoln Highway and LaGrange, and at Shell, Route 30 and Frankfort Square Road.

In Manhattan gas is going for $3.64, and stations in Lockport are charging between $3.64 and $3.67.
If you're travelling through Joliet today, you might want to fill up at Delta Sonic, Jefferson and Larkin. Gas there is going for $3.46.
In Orland Park and Tinley Park, you'll pay anywhere from $3.65 to $3.89 per gallon of regular.
