Inside Mariano's: Vero Coffee
Patch recently chatted with Angelo Lollino, director of Vero Coffee, about the process behind preparing the coffee and espresso at Mariano's in-store coffee shop.
Mariano's Fresh Market, which opened on La Grange Road earlier this month, is more than a grocery store. It is also home to a wide variety of restaurants, eat-in options and other amenities.
Among these is Vero Coffee, the in-store coffee shop at Mariano's.
