Fringe Boutique to Move to Downtown Location

The women's clothing shop will be relocating from its LaGrange Road site to a new storefront on Ash Street.

In another example of local businesses playing musical storefronts, is moving from its LaGrange Road location to a spot in downtown Frankfort, at Ash and Nebraska streets. 

When the store closes Saturday, June 30, the relocation process will begin, said store manager Anneli Hoffman. In fact, the store will take advantage of the Fourth of July holiday next week, staying closed while moving to the new shop, she added. Fringe will reopen Thursday, July 5, at its new locaton at 27 Ash St., the former home of , which moved its operations to Manhattan. Hoffman said she wasn't sure if there would be any special grand reopening activities or sales.

Before Fringe moves from the Prairie Crossing Shopping Center, though, the women's clothing store will be offering a special buy one, get one half off sale for the rest of the week, Hoffman said. 

Fringe Boutique is another in a growing list of businesses changing locations in Frankfort. and found new spots along Laraway Road, and after in the area of the travel agency's old storefront. That same grocery store project also has .
