If you're looking to promote your business in the community, if you're looking to meet new friends, joining the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce is your answer.
Every month a Meet, Greet and Network event sponsored by the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce takes place at the Frankfort Township office. Chamber members introduce themselves and their business to others.
On Tuesday morning, Frankfort Patch Editor Joe Vince, and Lauren Traut, Patch Associate Regional Editor, followed a speech by Rep. Renee Kosel. Kosel recapped updates and progress on Rte. 30 construction. Vince and Traut spoke about Patch and how businesses can use the site.
The Frankfort Chamber of Commerce makes an impact on the business community, as well.
"We're a voice for local business to gain recognition," said Karen Blake, Executive Director of the Chamber. "As a Chamber member, we're there to host ribbon cuttings, do photo opps, invite the trustee and the Mayor all at no charge."
The chamber offers several ways to promote a business, including Spotlights, bullets and MyBiz3. Members can also post deals, post activities and more all through your membership.
Information on joining the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce is available online at www.FrankfortChamber.com or stop by the office at 123 Kansas Street, for a folder loaded with information.
"There are a lot of opportunities for your business," said Blake. "We're here to help."
