Will County Authors Night & Book Sale

Frankfort resident Rachel Gilmore, author of Upon Which Everything Depends: Two Tales of a Horse Named Sam, will be at the Will County Historical Society museum to sign copies of her book which tells the "story behind the story" of how Civil War General William T. Sherman's horse, Sam, ended up in Frankfort. Seven other authors of historical books about Will County (including new Patch blogger David Belden) will also be available for discussion and to autograph their books. In addition, there will be a used book sale and a used book dealer with books about history, historical biography, geneaology and some historical fiction. Tickets are $10 and include a wide range of hot refreshments.
