The Drama Group's AVENUE Q the MUSICAL

The Drama Group is excited to present the Chicago Southland Premiere of AVENUE Q the MUSICAL. Performances will be held at the Drama Group Studio Theatre on October 5, 6, 11, 12 and 13 at 7:30pm and October 7 & 14 at 2:00pm. The Studio Theatre is located at 330 W 202nd Street, Chicago Heights, Illinois.

Tickets are $20.00 for adults and $19.00 for seniors and $15.00 for students with ID.  Group discount rates are also available. Good seats are still available, however, due to brisk advance sales, rather than waiting to purchase at the door, it is recommended to call the Drama Group Box Office at (708) 755-3444 for advance sales.

AVENUE Q is a laugh-out-loud musical that tells the story of Princeton, a recent college grad who moves into a shabby New York apartment all the way out on Avenue Q. There he meets Kate Monster (the girl next door), Rod (the button-down Republican), Trekkie Monster (the internet sexpert), Lucy the Slut (need we say more?) and other colorful characters (some human and some of the talking friendly furry monster variety) who help Princeton finally discover the purpose of life.
