Our focus at this retreat will turn inward,

 unveiling layer by layer,  a journey of discovering your truest Self.

Our Feminine Nature is to care for others in such a way that we usually put ourselves last.  This way of being a woman has not served our own lives, has not served our children, and most certainly has not served our world! This weekend before Mother’s Day is just for you- to discover and spend time with who you truly are!

We will begin on Saturday in a secluded, peaceful country setting in Beecher, Il.  Participants will return on Sunday to a beautiful fine arts studio set in historic downtown Frankfort, IL.  We will be exploring our own wants, needs, wishes, hopes and dreams.

 Experiencing activities such as gentle yoga, guided meditation and creative expression.

While sharing and growing within this intimate community of women we will walk a beautiful labyrinth in the country.

Learn how to open and relieve stress deepen into meditation through breath work, music and body movement.

Opening creative blocks through creative play and therapeutic art.
