Both two-legged and four-legged Frankfort residents gathered Sunday afternoon on Breidert Green for Frankfort’s annual Puppy Bowl.
The canine competition is among several activities affiliated with Super Bowl Supreme, an event hosted by the Frankfort Historic Business Association to celebrate one of America’s biggest unofficial holidays.
Local pups showed off their skills with a catching contest, an eating contest and even a dog costume contest.
The event also included tailgating sponsored by local businesses, a bonfire and hot cocoa and cookies provided by the Village of Frankfort.
