PHOTOS: E.F. Bucko Halloween Parade
Trick or treaters kicked off the evening with a parade through downtown Frankfort.
The Village of Frankfort hosted the annual E.F. Bucko Halloween Parade on Wednesday afternoon to celebrate the holiday and kick off official village trick or treating hours.
Costumed kids and their parents arrived at 3:30 p.m. at Breidert Green for spooky storytelling before the parade. At 3:50 p.m., parade participants lined up and walked from Breidert Green to the LaSalle Street parking lot.
From there, trick or treaters dispersed, as village trick or treating hours went into effect from 4-7 p.m.
