Matchbox Mania

When: 4-5:15 p.m.

This class lets kids build roads, tracks and garages to race their Matchbox cars. Each "driver" will receive his or her own Matchbox car, as well as a hand-crafted garage. For ages 3-6. Go for more information.

Peace Community Preschool Annual Garage Sale

Free Family Night

This program, Bouncing Babies, for children ages 4-10 looks at how some babies can be identical to their parents and others have no resemblance at all. It also will look at how an insects, plants and mammals all grow up in very different ways.

Fish Fry for Lincoln-Way North Music Programs

L-W North's Music Boosters’ third annual Friday Night Fish Fry features fresh hand-battered fish, coleslaw, baked potatoes and the award-winning Lincoln-Way North Jazz Band. Tickets are $10 each. Go for more information.

D.I.N.K.s Premiere

Frankfort filmmaker Robert Alaniz will debut his fifth film--and first comedy--in Chicago. Tickets can be purchased in advance here, and the deadline is Thursday, March 24.
