No Yoga Won't Wreck Your Body! When following the anatomical design of the body, yoga is safe, re-vitalizing and a wonderful experience. However when not fully understood or we practice contrary to the design, we are exposed to stress and injury. In this fun and experiential workshop we will learn the principles of alignment and posture and anatomy that are the basis of the study of yoga. We will explore specifically how these principles can enhance your yoga practice, teaching and awareness of everyday movements and postural habits. Instead of it being abstract and confusing, anatomy will become fun and exciting to learn. Come find precision in your alignment, with clarity. This workshop is ideal for all students ready to refine their personal practices. All yoga practice during the work-shop will be at an all-levels intensity.
