Mother daughter connections will be celebrated and supported in this event led by yoga teacher Gina Slager at Monkey Mind Art Studio and Gallery on May 12 from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Yoga, meditation, breath and relaxation, as well as drumming, dancing and creative art will be part of the program. No experience necessary.
