Hi John Bruno,
I talked to Superintendent Rains last night and have an answer to your question about the destruction of closed session minutes.
Ms. Rains told me that destroying those minutes is fairly common practice. The district reviews the minutes every 18 months, pulls anything that should be kept on record for legal reasons, and destroys everything else.
Thanks!
Anna
