Don't forget the downtown merchants and restaurants when you're attending the fest. If we get rain (boo!) the local merchants are good spots to get out of the raindrops and browse! Acquaint yourself with new merchants here since last year, too. Bijoux Bridal Chicago across from Francesca's is a custom bridal accessories store in Shirley Walsh's former spot, register for the free daily $50 gift certificate; Glory Bee, next door, has beautiful new and vintage home items, Fringe Boutique has opened on Ash Street and Yarns to Dye 4 has expanded its selection of yummy yarns and everything for knitting. In addition, Smokey Barque is in the former Jenny's space and Fiancee Couture wedding gowns, Kuppa Joe and Stray Bar are new additions to Old Frankfort Way. So acquaint or reacquaint yourself with the downtown merchants while at the fest. We'll still be here for you!!
