Monkey Mind Art Studio and Gallery is offering 3 weekend art classes this winter, 2 for youth and 1 for adults.

Art Fundamentals begins on Saturday, February 11, and runs for 6 weeks from 9:00-10:30 a.m. The class offers a wide variety of art projects utilizing multiple techniques and media segmented for a younger age group (K-3). If you've taken the class before, this session offers all new projects!

Focus on Drawing and Color is geared for the more advanced student artist ages 10 and up. This highly instructed art class offers skill building exercises and opportunities to create finished work and series art. Only a few openings remain for the session beginning Saturday, February 11. The class meets from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

The cost for either youth class is $25/class or $120/6 sessions.

Sunday Morning Painting for Adults with gallery assistant Diana Lynch begins Sunday, February 12, and runs most Sundays from 10-11:30 a.m. (See website for exact schedule.) All mediums of painting welcome. A supply list will be provided upon registration. The cost for the class is $130/non-members or $120/member artists for a 6-week session or guests may pay a $25 drop-in fee.
